Workmanship Guarantee
All repairs and services are covered by our workmanship guarantee. If a fault recurs due to our workmanship within the guarantee period, we'll repair it at no cost to you.
Parts Warranty
All parts fitted carry manufacturer warranties. We only use OEM or OEM-equivalent parts, so you get the reliability and warranty backing that comes with quality components.
Honest Diagnosis
We guarantee that we'll never recommend work that isn't genuinely needed. If we find nothing wrong, we'll tell you — and you won't be charged for the diagnosis.
Upfront Pricing
We guarantee no surprise charges. Any additional work discovered during your service will be quoted and approved by you before it's carried out.
Right First Time
We guarantee to fix the fault correctly the first time. If a repair doesn't resolve the problem it was meant to fix, we'll investigate further at no extra labour charge.
Your Satisfaction
If you're not completely happy with any aspect of our service, contact us immediately. We take every concern seriously and will work to resolve it quickly and fairly.

Parts
As per manufacturer warranty (typically 12–24 months)
Our guarantee covers defects in workmanship and faulty parts. It does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, damage caused after collection, or faults unrelated to the work carried out. For full terms, please ask at the workshop or contact us.
